Production capacity, water-syrup proportion, carbon dioxide content and etc. can be conveniently adjusted without the need of replacing any spare parts.
¡ñEven mixing and accurate proportioning. As the advanced technology of one-off mixing is adopted, the mixing is even and the proportion of water and syrup is strictly controlled by the metering needle valve with the fine adjustment function, whose precision reaches 5 thousandth.
¡ñSufficient carbon dioxide, first-class product. The mixer adopts normal temperature vacuum deoxidization with a deoxidization rate more than 90%. It is equipped with the plate heat exchanger to carry out secondary carbonation after the water-syrup mixture is cooled. Therefore, the carbon dioxide content is very high.
